WizKids will launch the first products for Yu-Gi-Oh! Dice Masters, Yu-Gi-Oh! Dice Masters: Series One, on January 28.  The Yu-Gi-Oh! Dice Masters: Series One release will include a 2-Player Starter Set, Expansion Packs, and a playmat.  The Series One 2-Player Starter Set includes 44 custom dice, 22 cards, two dice bags and a rulebook.  MSRP is $14.99. 
 
 
 



The Series One 90 Ct. Gravity Feed will include $0.99 foil packs containing two cards and two dice. 
 
 
 
 
 
 




 
The Series One Playmat displays all the information a player needs for the game, including areas for character cards and dice, areas for basic action cards and dice, and a life meter.  The neoprene mat measures approximately 24” by 13” and can be easily rolled up for transport and storage.  MSRP is $19.99.
 
The Yu-Gi-Oh! Dice Masters release will bring a third universe into the Dice Masters line, which began with Marvel Dice Masters last spring.  The latest Marvel Dice Masters release, The Uncanny X-Men, releases next week and a new Avengers—Age of Ultron set was recently announced for May 2015 (see “'Marvel Dice Masters: Avengers--Age of Ultron'”).
 
The Dungeons & Dragons Forgotten Realms universe will be added in November, when the Battle of Faerun is released (see “'D&D Dice Masters'”). 
 
The Yu-Gi-Oh! Dice Masters line was announced in late 2013 for a Q1 2014 launch (see “'Yu-Gi-Oh! Dice Masters' Due in Q1”), but various release and restock delays have plagued the Dice Masters line since launch (see “Port Congestion Causes WizKids Delays”). 
 
WizKids will add the DC Universe to the game in March 2015 (see “'DC Dice Masters Justice League Dice-Building Game'”).
