Steve Jackson Games has announced it will open Munchkin World NYC, a pop-up retail store in New York, over Valentine’s Day weekend in 2015.
 
The store will be open daily from Friday, February 13 to Sunday, February 15.  The dates coincide with New York Toy Fair, which will be happening at the Javits Convention Center, less than a mile from the 353 W. 46th Street store address. 
 
Munchkin World NYC will sell advance releases of Munchkin games and expansions, host open gaming, and feature signings from Munchkin creator Steve Jackson, Brand Manager Andrew Hackard, and artist John Kovalic.
 
The event space, which is owned by 353WESTNYC, has hosted parties for MTV2, RCA, DefJam, Capitol Records and others, as well as movie screenings and even private archery classes.
