Captain Action Enterprises has announced the release of a 2014 Holiday Exclusive limited-edition Captain Action action figure and card set.
 
The figure will have a limited print run of 66 to commemorate 1966, the year of Captain Action’s original debut.  The figure will wear a new military-style “special mission” beret, and come with a steel-colored sabre with bronzed handle.  Also included is a complete Captain Action cards set, which includes a 2014 Holiday Exclusive sticker with art by Reno Maniquis.
 
This is another in a new higher-end collector range of Captain Action merchandise, as are the Lady Action figures coming in March (see "New York Comic Con Photos 2014—Part 1").
