Top Shelf Productions has announced two original graphic novels for publication this July: The Motorcycle Samurai Vol.1 and Tim Ginger.

The Motorcycle Samurai Vol. 1: A Fiery Demise is the first print volume of Chris Sheridan’s digital comic which ran at Thrillbent and was offered as a Top Shelf digital exclusive. The story, which is described as “Mad Max meets Kill Bill,” follows a helmeted female warrior biker who travels the wasteland.  Top Shelf is offering a 24-page preview as its Free Comic Book Day title. The 176-page, full-color softcover has MSRP of $19.99.

Tim Ginger is written by British cartoonist Julian Hanshaw (The Art of Pho). The story follows Tim, a retired government test pilot, who is living quietly in New Mexico. But a conspiracy theorist tracks him down and begins asking uncomfortable questions, which coincides with the haunting reappearance of an old friend.  The 152-page, full-color softcover has MSRP of $19.99.
