Harebrained Schemes, which scored Kickstarter successes with its hybrid miniatures game Golem Arcana and a crowdfunded Shadowrun PC game, is heading back to the crowdfunding site with a new project to create a Battletech PC game.  Tactical mech combat is headed back to the PC in this new game from Jordan Weisman, the creator of Battletech and MechWarrior.  If successfully funded the new Battletech PC game will be the first turn-based Battletech PC game in over 20 years. 

Harebrained Schemes is planning to launch the Battletech PC game Kickstarter in the fall.

The Battletech and Shadowrun properties have been published successfully in the tabletop gaming realm by Catalyst Game Labs (see “Catalyst Labs Gen Con Updates”).
