Southern Hobby Supply, Inc. has hired Mike Brock, formerly Paizo Global Organized Play Coordinator, for an unspecified management position, the company announced.   During Brock’s tenure at Paizo, the organized play program grew from 12 to over 450 volunteers, and from 12,000 players and judges to over 65,000. 

The new position began August 19.  Brock’s Paizo employment ended on August 7, according to a post on the Paizo site.

“it’s exciting to have a talent like Mike on our team,” Southern Hobby President Chris Austin said.  “He not only knows gaming retailers’ needs, but he also understands the players and consumers.”
