Rosalind Morehead has been promoted at IDW Publishing, and Ron Perazza has joined Archie Comics.

IDW Publishing announced that Rosalind Morehead has been promoted to Director of Book Market Sales. In her new position, Morehead will service IDW’s book market accounts and develop new market channels and products for the book channel.  Those duties were previously managed by VP-Sales Alan Payne, who recently left the company for unrevealed reasons (see "IDW Staff Update").

Morehead has served as IDW’s PR & Marketing Manager for the last two years. Prior to that she worked at Dotworkz Systems as Outside Sales/Business Development, and was Sales Director at Mad Catz.

Ron Perazza has joined Archie Comics as its Senior Vice President of Digital. In that role, he will oversee the publisher’s ongoing digital strategy, digital publishing, and online brand management.  Perazza’s previous industry experience includes stints as Director of Digital Publishing at Marvel Entertainment and as Vice President – Online for DC Comics, as well as other positions with both companies.
