Viz has recently added Knights of the Zodiac to its Shonen Jump graphic novel line (see 'Knights of the Zodiac Invade U.S.').  Volume one of the new title will launch in January of 2004, but a sneak preview of the first chapter is scheduled for the December issue of the monthly Shonen Jump magazine, on sale November 4th.

Accumulated sales of Knights of the Zodiac trade paperbacks in Japan, where they were titled Saint Seiya, were 1.33 million copies.  Saint Seiya will be airing on Cartoon Network beginning in August, and Bandai has been awarded the master toy license for the U.S. and Canada, while ADV holds distribution rights for video and DVD.
