The Fairly OddParents animated series is slated to make its theatrical debut, according to The Hollywood Reporter.  Paramount Pictures-based Nickelodeon Movies is developing the yet untitled and unrated film along with the series' creator Butch Hartman, who will direct the film.  Comedian and writer Steve Marmel will produce the film, as well as co-write the script with Hatman.
