Venture City is set in a near-future world in which people can purchase superpowers from the corporations that run the show.  Written by Brian Engard and Ed Turner, this book will include material previously published in e-book format as Venture City Stories and the as-yet-unreleased Venture City Powers. Venture City will be a 100 page, full color, 6” x 9” hardcover book.  MSRP is $20.00.

Do: Fate of the Flying Temple, is intended as a family-friendly roleplaying game, in which the players are pilgrims from the lost Flying Temple working together to raise a hatchling dragon and unravel the mystery of their missing home.  This adventure features coming-of-age themes appropriate for younger players.  Do:  Fate of the Flying Temple will be a 136 page, full color, 6” x 9” hardcover.  MSRP is $20.00.

Evil Hat is hoping to fund these and additional titles through its “Fate More” Kickstarter campaign, starting with Atomic Robo RPG: Majestic 12 and Spirit of the Century: Young Centurions.  Additional titles will be added as the Kickstarter campaign continues.  The campaign also features a “Retailer Only” backer option.

Fate has proven popular in the hobby market, and has frequently appeared on ICv2’s “Top 5 Roleplaying Games” list, most recently during the 2014 holiday season (see “Top 5 Roleplaying Games-Fall/Holiday 2014”).
