White Wizard Games is offering a $100K World Championship event in November for Epic Card Game, their small-set deckbuilding game.

The World Championship events have several large qualifying events at major events throughout the year, including Origins Game Fair, Gen Con, and PAX Prime. In addition, White Wizard Games is soliciting stores and conventions to offer qualifying tournaments this spring. Interested stores should contact White Wizard Games.

Epic Card Game was designed and developed by Darwin Kastle (Star Realms, Battle for Hill 218) and Rob Dougherty (Star Realms, Ascension: Storm of Souls). In addition to being game designers, they are both Magic: The Gathering Pro Tour Champions, and members of the Magic: The Gathering Hall of Fame.

Organized play for Epic begins in March with a Game Day patterned after the company's Star Realms Game Day (see "'Epic: Tyrants' Expansion").
