Asmodee NA has shared details for its 2016 AsmoPlay organized play program, which will include the games 7 Wonders Duel, Colt Express, Mysterium, and Takenoko. The program will launch in Q3.

Asmodee launched AsmoPlay last year (see “Asmodee's New Organized Play Program”), with kits for Splendor, & Wonders, Cash n Guns, and Elysium.  This year’s kit will start with 7 Wonders Duel (see “'Mafia de Cuba,' '7 Wonders: Duel,' More”) in Q3. The subscription kit will contain two copies of the game as well as: 2 sets of metallic coins, 2 coin bags, 4 silver conflict pawns, 8 statue of liberty wonder cards, 2 event posters, 2 sign-up sheets and an information booklet.  Each kit can host up to eight player events, and can be used for tournament, casual game day or league play.

In Q4, the kit for the Spiel des Jahres  winner Colt Express will arrive (see “'Colt Express'”). The kit will contain two copies of the game as well as: 2 train track playmats, 4 train station terrain pieces, 2 event posters, 2 sign-up sheets and an information booklet. The kit can accommodate up to 24 players with formats for tournament, casual game day or league play.

In Q1 2017, the Mysterium kit will release (see “Asmodee Reveals New Games”). The kit will contain two copies of the game as well as: 4 ghost masks, 4 sets of metallic intuition tokens, 28 promotional vision cards, 2 event posters, 2 sign-up sheets and an information booklet. The kit can accommodate up to 28 players and can be used for casual game day play.

The kit for Takenoko (see “Awesomely Cute Expansion for Hit 'Takenoko'”) will arrive in Q2 2017. The kit will contain two copies of the game as well as: 2 sets of alternate figurines, 4 sets of bamboo bags, 16 packs of alternate irrigation sticks, 2 event posters, 2 sign-up sheets and an information booklet. The kit can accommodate up to 16 players and can be used for tournament, casual game day or league play.

US retailers must sign up with an Asmodee North America authorized distributor by April 30 to gain access to all four kits for the year. Retailers may order up to two copies of the program.
