The fast European doodling game Loony Quest is being brought to the United States by Asmodee NA this August.

The game evokes images of Nintendo and console play from the past, and in it, players take turns attempting to navigate a path through various levels of game play, each more challenging than the last. By quickly tracing their path on a separate, transparent sheet, players gain points or incur penalties, with the player with the most points at the end of several 30-second rounds winning the game as ruler of Arkadia.

Loony Quest contains 21 double-sided level cards, 52 bonus and penalty tokens, five transparent tracing sheets, five drawing boards, five dry-erase pens, fives scoring markers, five player tokens, a 30-second sand timer, a rulebook, and scoring track. MSRP is $29.99.

In 2015, Loony Quest was recognized as a Recommend Game by the Spiel des Jahres, the most prestigious game design awards in Garmany (see "2016 'Spiel de Jahres' Nominations" for this year's nominees).
