IDW Publishing has partnered with the Library of American Comics to publish an English edition of French artist Jean-Pierre Gibrat’s Flight of the Raven in January 2017, according to the Eurocomics USA Facebook page.

Gibrat has won the Best Artist Award at the Festival International de la Bande Dessinee d'Angouleme. The graphic novel is written and drawn by Gibrat, with editing by Dean Mullaney and translation by Brandon Kander and Diana Schutz. The 144-page trade paperback with French flaps will have an MSRP of $29.99.

The story takes place in Paris during the German Occupation. It follows French Resistance fighter Jeanne, who teams with an apolitical cat burglar named Francios to try to rescue her comrades, which include her sister Ceceile.
