Latvian company Brain Games Publishing will release its dexterity game Ice Cool to U.S. trade in October.

Players take the role of young penguins in school, who are impatient for the lunch bell to ring. They want tasty fish. They can slide straight into their desired snack, if only it wasn’t for the pesky hall monitor blocking the way. Each round, one penguin is the Catcher and the other penguins are the Runners. The total number of rounds played equals the number of players.  The Runners start in the classroom and try to go through the doors and get the fish of their color. By bumping into the fish, the Runner gets fish cards with victory points. The Catcher starts in the kitchen and tries to catch all the Runners before all the fish are eaten. The round ends when any Runner has collected all three fish of their color, or the Catcher captures all the Runners.

The box contains 4 plastic penguins, 5 cardboard boxes (rooms), 16 wooden fist tokens (12 fish in 4 player colors and 4 white fish), 45 fish cars (each showing 1, 2, or 3 victory points), 4 color reminder cards, 4 penguin ID cards, and rules. The game is for 2 – 4 players, ages 6 and up, and plays in 30 minutes. MSRP is $29.95.
