French company Gigamic Games will release six games new to the U.S. on October 26. Gigamic began releasing its titles in the U.S. through a sales and fulfillment program this year (see “PSI Announces Deal with Gigamic Games”).

Fatal Rendez-Vous is a detective party game set in the atmosphere of old Paris. A murder has happened at a weekend getaway, now the participants must find and expose the two killers. The box contains 33 role cards, 1 pair of metal handcuffs with 2 keys, a bow tie, a bag, and the game rules. The game is for 5 – 20 players, ages 8 and up, and plays in 30 minutes. MSRP is $19.99.

Ciao is a fast card game based on Rock-Paper-Scissors – with a twist. There are certain symbols or colors which trump opponent’s plans, and can cause them to draw more cards or allow a player to make a speed play. The first player to empty their hand wins.  The box contains 108 cards and game rules. The game is for 2 – 6 players, ages 7 and up, and plays in 20 minutes. MSRP is $11.99

Imagidice includes 12 dice with symbols about different categories. The dice can be used for story-telling games, conversation starters, or language learning. Gigamic offers a 40 exercise booklet for free download on its website. The tin includes 12 six-sided etched dice and game rules. Karibou Camp has players take the role of camp counselors on a nature hike. Players work with a partner to try to collect a set of 5 identical animals. Players swap cards in their hand for cards in the pile at the center of the table. Players will have to signal their partner discretely with what type of animal they’ve collected with a wink, grin, or ear tug. The box includes 63 cards, 8 round tiles, 1 giga-pawn, 7 score discs, and game rules. The game is for 3 – 7 players, ages 8 and up, and plays in 20 minutes. MSRP is $19.99.

Picmix is a matching and dexterity game. Each player has a set of 4 cards, which show a total of 16 items. Each turn a goal card with 3 or 4 of these objects is played. Players must layer and position their cards so only the objects appearing on the target goal card are visible. The first to do so wins. The tin includes 25 objective cards, 24 player cards, and game rules. The game is for 2 – 6 players, ages 6 and up, and plays in 20 minutes. MSRP is $11.99.

Specific is a fast and fun matching game. Players hunt for animals that match the results gathered from 3 special dice which indicate environment, food, and number of feet. There are varying difficulty levels so the game is suitable for all ages. The tin contains 28 tiles, 3 special dice and game rules.
