New York Comic Con News: Dynamite Entertainment has announced that veteran comic book writer Bill Willingham (Fables, Elementals) will write The Greatest Adventure, a miniseries that will feature all of Edgar Rice Burroughs’ top characters in a planet-spanning saga that will be drawn by Cesar Rezak (Battlestar Galactica, Warlord of Mars, Dejah Thoris).  Tarzan and Jane will play key roles in The Greatest Adventure along with scientist Jason Gridley, John Carter, Korak, and Dejah Thoris.

This will be Willingham’s second crossover stint at Dynamite, he wrote the steampunk adventure Legenderry that featured Vampirella, Green Hornet, Phantom, Red Sonja, Flash Gordon, and a host of other licensed characters that Dynamite controls (see "Willingham's 'Legenderry Steampunk' Collection").

Look for more details about Willingham’s ERB: The Greatest Adventure crossover, which is slated to debut in 2017, to be released in the near future.
