Golden Distribution announced the appointment of gaming industry veteran Phil Lacefield Jr. to the position of Sales Manager. Lacefield will assume responsibilities on November 1.

Prior to joining Golden, Lacefield worked in sales & marketing for numerous publishers including WizKids, Paizo Publishing (see “Paizo Names Publisher”) , Reaper Miniatures, United States Playing Card Co., and others. Lacefield served on the GAMA Board of Directors for eight years (see “Everything Old Is New Again in GAMA Elections”), and spent two years as Chairman of the Academy of Adventure Games Arts & Design and has won numerous Origins Awards. His most recent position was as VP Sales & Marketing at JBM Press.
