Dynamite has added two more releases to its May and June lineup: Atari Poster Book and Pathfinder: Runescars.
In June, Dynamite will release the Atari Poster Book, a follow-up to their bestselling Art of Atari hardcover, which has sold more than 40,000 copies (see “Review: 'Art of Atari' HC”). The 40-page poster book is curated by Art of Atari author Tim Lapetino and features iconic images from the golden age of video games, suitable for framing. The poster book comes on the heels of the May release of the first issue of Swordquest, Dynamite’s new comic series based on the popular Atari game (see “Atari's 'Swordquest,' James Bond, 'Red Rising' Prequel”). Dynamite and Paizo are teaming up on a new Pathfinder adventure, Pathfinder: Runescars. Written by Pathfinder co-creators F. Wesley Schneider and James L. Sutter with art from Ediano Silva (Grimm Fairy Tales), the new series comes out in May. Like previous Pathfinder comics, the first issue comes with a pull-out poster map and RPG encounter. Schneider and Sutter previously partnered on Pathfinder: Hollow Mountain (see “'Pathfinder: Hollow Mountain' Comic Arc”).(View covers and preview images in the gallery below.)
