The third pair of Army Boxes for Privateer Press’ Warmachine tabletop miniatures game have been announced, and will release later this month.

Like the other Army Boxes in the series, each comes with a complete 50-point army from one of the Warmachine factions.  Each army includes previously released models offered at a significant discount, and are intended as a way for new players to get into the game, or for existing fans to launch a new faction army.

The Cygnar Army Box 2017 has the Warcaster Captain Kara Sloan, two Defender Warjacks, a Charger Warjack, 10 Trencher Infantry, 3 Trencher Rifle Grenadier Weapon Attachments, a Trencher Infantry Officer and Sniper Command Attachment, as well as the solos Captain Maxwell Finn and Reinholdt, Gobber Speculator.  MSRP is $119.99.

The Retribution of Scyrah Army Box 2017 will feature the Warcaster Dawnlord Vyros, a Phoenix Warjack, two Griffon Warjacks, and an Aspis Warjack, as well as 10 Dawnguard Sentinels with a two-man Command Attachment, a Mage Hunter Assassin, an Arcanist, an Eyriss Mage Hunter, and a Lys Healer.  MSRP is $139.99.

Both Army Boxes will be produced as a small limited run and sold directly to retailers in North America only, as were the earlier sets in the series (see “‘Protectorate Army’ and ‘Skorne Army’ Boxes”).
