Fans of Stonemaier Game’s upcoming legacy-style game Charterstone will have a new way to experience the game thanks to the Charterstone Recharge Pack, which will release on December 12, the same day as the basic game.

Like in other legacy-style games, players will make permanent physical changes to the components of Charterstone, creating their own unique village over the course of a campaign (see “Stonemaier Reveals ‘Charterstone’ Details”).  While the players end the campaign with a fully-playable game, customized by their actions during the campaign, players who want the experience of starting from nothing and developing a village would be unable to do so using the components in the box.

For players looking for that experience again, Stonemaier has created the Charterstone Recharge Pack.  This add-on product will include all of the components from the basic game that would be permanently changed over the course of the campaign.  Other components, such as the tokens and coins, are reused, along with the back side of the double-sided gameboard.  This allows players to complete two campaigns (one on each side of the board) without buying an entire second game.

The Charterstone Rechage Pack will be MSRP $30.00, less than half of the cost of the base game ($70.00).  The box will have text in multiple languages, but will include components in only one language, marked with a checkbox on the packaging.
