Marvel is releasing several collections of classic Black Panther storylines in December and January.

Marvel’s Black Panther Prelude collects T’Challa’s origin and several classic Black Panther tales, including Marvel’s Black Panther Prelude #1-2, Jungle Action (1972) #6-7, Black Panther (2005) #2, Black Panther (2016) #1 and material from Black Panther (1998) #19. The 136-page trade paperback will be in stores on January 10. MSRP is $15.99.

Black Panther by Reginald Hudlin: The Complete Collection Volume 2 collects Hudlin’s classic run on King T’Challa and Queen Ororo from Civil War to Fantastic Four. The 424-page trade paperback will be in stores on January 3 for an MSRP of $39.99.

Black Panther: The Man Without Fear -- The Complete Collection follows a kingdomless Black Panther as he protects Hell’s Kitchen in Daredevil’s stead. The collection includes Black Panther: The Man Without Fear #513-523 and Black Panther: The Most Dangerous Man Alive #523.1 and #524-529. The 416-page trade paperback will be in stores on December 27. MSRP is $34.99.

Don McGregor and Gene Colan’s Black Panther: Panther’s Quest collects material from Marvel Comics Presents (1988) #13-37. In the story, T’Challa takes on soldiers and social injustice in apartheid-era South Africa. The 240-page trade paper back will be in stores on December 27 for an MSRP of $29.99.

The all-ages extravaganza Black Panther Digest features blockbuster Black Panther adventures from Fantastic Four and The Avengers. The volume collects Marvel Adventures Fantastic Four #10, Marvel Adventures The Avengers #22, Avengers (1963) #52 And #62, and material from Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes (2010) #1 and Marvel Universe Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes #8. The 120-page volume has an MSRP of $9.99 and will be in stores on January 3.

Color Your Own Black Panther should satisfy coloring book fans. The 120-page volume will be on sale January 3. MSRP is $9.99.

All of these releases come in advance of the first standalone Black Panther film, which will be in theaters on February 16 (see “'Ant-Man and The Wasp,' 'Avengers: Infinity War,' 'Black Panther'”).
