Stores that sign up at the $500 Protector Level receive everything in the Defender Level plus 3 water bottles, a CBLDF travel coffee mug and 2 copies each of the exclusive DC hardcovers.

Retailers that sign up at the $1000 Champion Level receive everything in the Protector Level but with 5 water bottles, 2 CBLDF travel coffee mugs, and 4 copies each of the exclusive DC hardcovers.
