The Morrison Entertainment Group, known for creating Monster in My Pocket, are expanding distribution of its new toy product line, Stink Blasters.  Sold overseas for six months earlier this year, and then to K-Mart and Walgreens, MEG is planning a national rollout into major chains and toy stores this coming February after just completing a very successful test marketing attempt in Chicago.

The line consists of 24 collectable figures, 144 collectable/playing cards, a Yuck Truck SUV and The Blaster Bowl Play Set.

The figures are divided into six crews centered around a common theme, such as B.O. Boys, Gasser Guys and Stench Brothers.  Individual characters like Butt Breath Bob, Barfin' Ben, or The Silent Gasser have squeezable heads that blast the namesake's odor when pressed.

The trading cards come in packs of six, with four double adhesive Stink Stickers.  Each card comes with a Stink-Power Rating, allowing for gaming and trading possibilities.  The SUV has storage cavities for the figures, a working blasting hose, stink containers with three 'stinks' and working wheels.

The figures have a $4.99 MSRP (and are supposedly good for 'over 30,000 stinky blasts').  The card packs are $1.99 MSRP, with the SUV at $14.99 MSRP and The Blaster Bowl Play Set at $24.99 MSRP.

This array of stinky products is reminiscent of  The Garbage Pail Kids from Topps (see 'Topps Revives GPK'), or WizKids' Creepy Freaks (see 'WizKids Announces Kids Gross-Out Game') with the addition of 3-D and smell.
