Abrams has a new pair of graphic novel releases lined up for spring and summer.

Mexican photographer Graciela Itrubide is profiled in Photographic from award-winning writer Isabel Quintero (Gabi, A Girl in Pieces) and illustrator Zeke Pena. Iturbide is an internationally renown photographer who was born the eldest of 13. She turned to photography after the death of her 6-year-old daughter and is known for her photographs of the various cultures and ethnic groups in Mexico and countries around the world. The 96-page, hardcover graphic novel will be in stores March 6 for an MSRP of $19.95.

Hazardous tale-teller Nathan Hale’s One Trick Pony is getting a paperback edition just in time for summer reading. The quirky alien invasion tale finds humans in the run from electronics-hungry blobs in a world of outlaws and bandits. The 144-page softcover will be available June 5 for an MSRP of $8.99.

The releases are in addition to a pair of previously announced spring 2018 titles (see “Bizarre Love Stories and a History of the Brooklyn Bridge”), Bizarre Romance (see “Review: 'Bizarre Romance' HC”) and The Bridge (see “Review: 'The Bridge' HC”).
