After months of casting news on the upcoming Amazon series The Boys, we finally know who will play Billy Butcher, the lead:  Karl Urban, according to Deadline.  Jack Quaid will play Hughie, and Urban and Quaid will join Karen Fukuhara as Female, Erin Moriarty as Starlight, and other cast members Antony Starr, Dominique McElligott, Chace Crawford, Jesse T. Usher, and Nathan Mitchell (see "Friday Geek TV Round-Up").

Urban has a lot of geek movie credits, including his roles as Dr. McCoy in the latest Star Trek movies and Skurge in Thor: Ragnarok, and TV work as well, including 12 episodes of Xena: Warrior Princess.
