The New California Board Game Expansion adds new features to the game based on the popular Fallout 3 and Fallout 4 video games.  The new game elements can be used with any of the scenarios included in the base set, including five new survivor types, new terrain tiles and locations, and multiple copies of encounter cards that lead to different outcomes for a more unpredictable experience.  The expansion also has two all-new scenarios for players to confront, including a cooperative scenario where the survivors must work together to save the village of Arroyo.
