The most recent Transformers anime series, Transformers: Energon, debuts on the Cartoon Network's Saturday action/adventure block on January 31 at 7:30 pm (ET, PT). Dreamwave Productions is already chronicling the events of this series in its Transformers: Energon comic books.  The Energon saga marks the return of Unicron, the biggest, baddest Transformers villain, who is out to steal the Earth's Energon, the one energy source that could help him realize his demented dream to rule the world.  Fortunately, Optimus Prime and the Autobots are not about to allow the Decepticons to realize their evil ambitions.

With comics from Dreamwave, toys from Hasbro, and resin figures from Palisades, the Transformers present retailers with an array of tie-in products for fans and collectors.
