BOOM! Studios has revealed more about horror maven R.L. Stine’s new original graphic novel series, Just Beyond. Just Beyond: The Scare School is drawn by Kelly and Nichole Matthews (Pandora’s Legacy).  Julian Totino Tedesco (Life of Captain Marvel) covers the volume, which will be in stores in September 2019.

Just Beyond is a supernatural horror series for younger readers that will take them to a world of surprising fantasy and fright.  In The Scare School, three 12-year-olds in old fashioned clothing have appeared in modern times to creep through the halls of Scare Middle School.  Three modern-day students are drawn into the terrifying mystery.

Stine has more than 400 million books in print worldwide and is best known for his children’s horror series Goosebumps. The Scare School is the first of four volumes in the deal with BOOM! and will be published under the KaBOOM! imprint (see "'R.L. Stine Goes BOOM! With OGN Deal'").
