Miami Guns, based on a four-volume manga series by Takeaki (RahXephon) Momose, has a suggested 17+ rating due to its fast-paced, sexy, non-stop action storyline centered around a spoiled, psychotic rich girl who joins the Miami police force to have fun being involved in car chases, gunfights and mindless destruction.

This first of four DVDs features risque action, slapstick comedy, and outrageous parody, taking digs at Detective Conan (see 'Cartoon Network Will Air Detective Conan'), Speed Racer (see 'Speed Racer Returns to Television'), and Neon Genesis Evangelion (see 'ADV Announces NGE Directors Cut Street Date').

Miami Guns DVD Volume 1, which runs 100 minutes, contains four full-length episodes of the thirteen total, in either Japanese or English, with English subtitles optional.  Bonus features include character guides, production sketches, behind-the-scenes of the English dubbing, and Japanese trailers and TV spots.
