Playhut Entertainment has announced the summer launch of three 'anime-style' animated series from China on DVD.  First up is Way of the Warriors, a fantasy title in which two feuding families battle with magic and swordplay; it will street on May 4.  Next is Bird Island, an sf-based series which features a teen with supernatural powers battling alien invaders;  the first volume will street June 1.  And Decheng is the story of an orphan warrior in ancient China; it will launch on July 6.  All of the DVDs will carry $24.98 MSRPs and include four episodes.
