Asmodee North America announced an exclusive distribution agreement with publisher CMON Limited for its extensive tabletop games line in North America.

The announcement was made at the Game Manufacturers Association (GAMA) Trade Show today during the Asmodee Keynote Address. “We are looking forward to distributing CMON’s varied catalog of games in North America,” said Andre Kieren, Head of Distribution for Asmodee North America. “The games they create always strive to tell an exciting story backed up with well-designed gameplay and high-quality components, which is a perfect fit for us. The evergreen titles like Zombicide and Blood Rage will strengthen our already strong catalog.”

The distribution deal will go into effect as soon as the operational transition is completed this spring. CMON will continue to design and create games, and run their own Kickstarter campaigns, Asmodee NA will take over customer service support for non/ post Kickstarter related issues.

The Asmodee Group already distributes CMON’s titles overseas. “Expanding our relationship with Asmodee by including CMON in Asmodee North America’s library of distributed games is exciting and will be very beneficial to our customers,” said Chern Ng Ann, CEO of CMON, Inc.

Asmodee NA entered an exclusive, multi-year hobby channel distribution agreement with Alliance Game Distributors in August 2017 (see “Asmodee North America Goes Exclusive with Alliance”). Asmodee NA’s portfolio already includes such popular games as Catan, 7 Wonders, Dixit, Spot It!, Splendor, Pandemic, Dead of Winter, Ticket to Ride, and Star Wars: X-Wing. Now it will include Zombicide, Arcadia Quest, and the A Song of Ice & Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game.
