Bushiroad has shared information on two forthcoming Future Card Buddyfight Ace releases for August 23: Booster Pack Vol. 5 – War of Dragods and Trial Deck Vol. 2 – Legend of Double Horus.

Future Card Buddyfight Ace Trial Deck Vol. 2 – Legend of Double Horus is a pre-constructed deck that Yuga’s new rival uses that uses popular cards from Legend World. The 52-card deck includes 19 unique cards and 1 flag. One deck out of a six-deck display will include a RR-Foil character flag card (instead of normal card). Each deck also includes a manga/rule sheet, life counter, and deck analysis/paper playmat.

Future Card Buddyfight Ace Booster Pack Vol. 5 – War of Dragods introduces a new innovative [Ability] for the game and a new attribute for Darkness Dragon World. The booster includes many cards by Yuga and his new rival on the animated series, as well as cards used by other key characters. It has cards for Dragon, Legend, Darkness Dragon, and Dual Card World players.  The booster includes 87 card types: BR: 3 / SP: 4/ Secret: 15/RRR: 8 / RR: 12 / R: 15 / U: 14 / C: 16. Each pack contains 5 cards, and at least one R or above rarity card is guaranteed in each pack. Parallel foils of commons, uncommons, and rares are randomly inserted. Every box is guaranteed to include a Secret pack. Each display contains 30 packs, and each carton includes 16 displays.

Bushiroad is releasing a stand-alone crossover game using Buddyfight rules for the characters of the anime series Case Closed in June (see “'Future Card Buddyfight' Jumps Worlds with 'Case Closed' Anime”).
