This May Bandai Entertainment will launch two new anime series, Dragon Drive and .hack//Legend of the Twilight.  Dragon Drive, which is rated '7UP,' is a popular kids' series in Japan, where it has spawned quite a bit of merchandise including a collectible card game and several video games.  Each Dragon Drive DVD will include an exclusive Dragon Drive Lenticular Art Board Card.  In addition to the regular edition (MSRP: $24.98), Bandai is also releasing a Limited Edition (MSRP: $34.98), which includes a Dragon Drive Collector's Art Box and two exclusive lenticular art board cards.

Bandai's other major new release for May is .hack//Legend of the Twilight, the second anime series from the multimedia fantasy property.  Last year the .hack//SIGN anime series debuted on the Cartoon Network spurring sales of DVDs, the .hack manga series from Tokyopop, and the .hack CCG from Decipher.  The first .hack//Legend of the Twilight DVD release (MSRP: $29.98) will include a promotional .hack//ENEMY foil card for the Decipher CCG.  Bandai is also producing a .hack//Legend of the Twilight Limited Edition (MSRP: $49.98), which includes a Collector's Art Box capable of holding the entire series, the .hack//Legend of the Twilight Original CD Soundtrack, and a promotional foil card for the CCG.
