Bandai has revealed details on multiple SKUs tied to the Fall booster for the Dragon Ball Super Card Game.

Dragon Ball Super Series 8, the second booster set in the series’ Infinite Unity block, will include new characters from the franchise’s OVAs and video games, plus new multicolor combinations, keywords, and fan-requested support cards for Baby and Android decks.

Dragon Ball Super Card Game Series 8 will feature 234 cards plus additional bonuses (not yet announced). The rarities of the set include 60 Commons, 30 Uncommons, 18 Rares, 16 Super Rares, 10 Special Rares, 5 Exclusive Rare Heroes, 5 Exclusive Rare Villains, and an unannounced number of Secret Rares. Each box will contain an exclusive promo card with the same finish as the Secret Rare cards. Each booster pack contains 12 cards. Every box contains 24 packs, and there are 12 boxes per case.

A special Dash Pack campaign will be offered during prerelease events. Customers that buy a booster box of Series 8 receive a Dash Pack. Each Dash Pack includes 2 cards from a possible 4 card types available.

A special Series 8 Prerelease Set will launch prior to the release of the boosters. Each Prerelease Set will include 8 boosters of Series 8 and 2 Prerelease Promo Packs. The Prerelease Promo Pack includes a random card from Series 8 with a foil finish and gold stamp. MSRP is $23.99.

For new players, Bandai will release the Dragon Ball Super Card Game: Starter Deck 10. The 51-card deck features 5 exclusive cards, including a new Leader card with silver foil and a gold stamp; 1 card with silver foil and gold stamp; and 3 cards with silver foil. Starter Deck 10 also includes a Rule Manual and Play Sheet. MSRP is $11.99.

For current player, Bandai will release the Dragon Ball Super Card Game: Expert Deck 02. The 51 card deck features 10 cards exclusive to the deck, including a new Leader card with silver foil and gold stamp; and 5 cards with silver foil and gold stamp. Each Expert Deck 02 includes a Series 8 booster. MSRP is $15.99.

Along with Series 8, Bandai will release Gift Box 02 and Gift Box 03. Each Gift Box includes 6 Series 8 booster packs and 1 Series 8 Battle Card. The Battle Card features a different special texture, silver foil and alternate art. The special card is different in each Gift Box. There are 6 sets per box, and 8 boxes per case. MSRP is $24.99.

Finally, for retailers wanting to run official Dragon Ball Super Card Game tournaments, Bandai will offer the Dragon Ball Super Card Game Tournament Kit 08. Each tournament kit is made to support up to 16 players each. Tournament Kit 08 includes 1 pack of Gohan Flying Nimbus sleeves, 29 Tournament Pack Vol. 8 boosters (16 for participation prizes and 13 for top placing), and 1 Tournament Announcement Poster.

Dragon Ball Super Card Game Series 08 will be available in November, following the September release of the Dragon Ball Super Card Game: Draft Box 04 - Dragon Brawl (see “Team Up For ‘Dragon Ball Super Card Game: Draft Box 04 - Dragon Brawl’”).
