The Astonish Factory has announced the sell-out of the first edition of the Herobear and the Kid: The Inheritance trade paperback collection.  The print run of some 10,000 copies sold out in a little over a year with sales steadily increasing over the past few months as the 'all ages' title has garnered some recognition including a selection to the 2004 Popular Paperbacks list sponsored by the Young Adult Library Services Association.

The Astonish Factory is going back to press with 208-page, $19.95 trade paperback, but it will take seven to eight weeks to get the second printing to retail.  In the meantime, some copies of the Herobear collection are still available at the distribution level, and retailers who need to restock are urged to do so quickly.
