Ravensburger unveiled Minecraft: Builders and Biomes, a Minecraft board game, on November 15.

Minecraft: Builders and Biomes was developed in collaboration with Mojang in an attempt to bring the true Minecraft experience to tabletop. The new game comes with easy-to-learn, clear instructions that allow players to set up a game right out-of-the-box, and explore the Overworld grid. It also offers replay value because players can try different building and Biome strategies each time they play.

The game box comes with high-quality game pieces including 64 resource cubes, 64 Building and Monster cards, 36 Weapon tokens, 4 player boards, 4 experience counters, 4 character skins, 4 game piece bases, 12 overview cards, a resource cube base, a support structure, and a instruction manual.

Minecraft: Builders and Biomes is for two to four players, ages 10 and up, and plays in 30 to 60 minutes.

Ravensburger also released Las Vegas Royale in August (see "Don't Roll Snake-Eyes In 'Las Vegas Royale'").
