In Scurvy Dice, players use ship dice to build up their ships, and battle each other to lay claim to the best treasures on Parrot Island while trying to avoid getting scurvy. The game proceeds over a series of treasure hunting rounds where players assign 10 ship dice to equip their ship for battle. Dice assigned as cannons are the dice rolled for cannon attacks, and the dice assigned as crew are used in boarding combat. Scurvy is a game mechanic that detracts from a player's scoring track, and the player with highest score at the end of the game is the winner.
