AfterShock will launch Lonely Receiver, a new five-issue series written by Zac Thompson with art by Jen Hickman, in May.  Thompson, who’s spent some time in the X-Men universe for Marvel among other work, and Hickman, who’s done previous work for IDW Publishing and BOOM! Studios among others, create a horror story around a near-future breakup between a video producer and an artificial intelligence partner.

Hickman is providing the A cover and Elizabeth Torque is contributing an incentive cover.  Simon Bowland is the letterer.
