This new atomic age, post-apocalyptic series is based on Philip K. Dick's Breakfast at Twilight short story. It takes place in post-nuclear holocaust 1957 America where a Korean War veteran Tim McClean and his family are struggling in a strange new world. The United States and Russia are at war, and what's left of the U.S. citizenship lurks underground while they fight to survive.
Nuclear Family #1 is written by Stephanie Phillips with illustrations provided by Tony Shasteen and coloring by J.D. Mettler. This new series will be release on February 24, 2021.
AfterShock Comics also announced they launched Miles to Go, a new series written by B. Clay Moore with Stephen Molnar art (see "AfterShock Gets B. Clay Moore").
