Marvel Comics has revealed storylines and more of the talent credits for the first four issues of its new series Heroes Reborn, which launches in May.  The four issues will feature interconnecting covers by Leinil Francis Yu.  Ed McGuinness will have collaborators on the art for some of the issues:  Dale keown for #2, Federico Vicentini for #3, and James Stokoe for #4.  As previously reported, Jason Aaron will write all the issues (see "Marvel Comics Offers a Glimpse of ‘Heroes Reborn’").

In Heroes Reborn #1, readers are introduced to a world in which the Avengers don’t exist and Earth is protected by the Squadron Supreme of America, which is now under attack by enemies, including Dr. Juggernaut, the Black Skull, the Silver Witch, and Thanos with his Infinity Rings.  Daywalker Blade is the only person in this new world who recognizes that it has somehow been reborn.

Heroes Reborn #2 tells the story of Marvel’s Mightiest Megastar Hyperion, who in an effort to return Victor Von Doom to the Negative Zone, must deal with a breakout of Ultron, General Annihilus, and the Immortal Hulk.  A back-up feature stars Blade, Earth’s last living vampire.

In Heroes Reborn #3, Blur, the fastest mortal alive, must win a race through the Dread Dimension to avoid the hexes of the Speedster Supreme, the Silver Witch.  The back-up story stars the Phoenix as the newest inmate of the Ravencroft Asylum.

Heroes Reborn #4 tells the story of Doctor Spectrum, who’s become the most feared lawman in the heavens with his Power Prism, but notorious bounty hunter Rocket Raccoon is coming for him.  In the back-up story, Starbrand is alone in a strange new universe.
