Games Workshop previewed Space Marine Adventures: Doomsday Countdown and Warhammer 40,000: Fireteam, two new Space Marine board games for Warhammer 40,000, which will release later in 2021.

Games Workshop is venturing a little deeper into the board game space this year, utilizing the power of the Warhammer 40,000 brand name to power a couple new board games along. Space Marine Adventures: Doomsday Countdown features a co-operative board game where space marines infiltrate a city full of Chaos Cultists to disarm a doomsday device. The game box comes with 10 push-fit unpainted miniatures, tiles, cards, and instructions. It is for one to three players, ages 12 and up, and plays in 30 minutes.

Warhammer 40,000: Fireteam is an all-out battle between Space Marines and Necrons. The game box come with Space Marine and Necron unpainted miniatures, dice, stat cards, and markers. This game is for two players, ages 12 and up, and plays in 45 minutes.

There has been no word on MSRP for either of these products as of the publication of this article.

Games Workshop also revealed Heroes of the Chapter and Primaris Eradicators, two new Space Marine miniatures sets for Warhammer 40,000, for release on February 6, 2020 (see "Games Workshop Reveals Two New Space Marine Miniatures Sets for 'Warhammer 40,000'").
