Calliope Games will release Mass Transit, an urban planning board game by Chris Leder and Kevin Rodgers, into U.S. retail in 2021.

In this cooperative board game, players take on the roles of urban planners who need to build transit routes.  Players must work together in this game to accomplish the task at hand, but they can't tell each other which cards they have or share their strategies because the City Hall bureaucracy limits their ability to cooperate.  Cards are played to build roads, canals, and rails, or to move the buses, ferries, and trains from station to station.  The goal of the game is the overcome the City's red tape and get people home from work to the suburbs.

The game box comes with a Big City board, 52 Mass Transit cards, 6 Commuter pawns, and a rulebook.  This game is for one to six players, ages 8 and up, and plays in 20 minutes.  It will retail for $15.00.

Calliope Games will also release Enchanted Plumes, a set collecting card game, into the hobby channel in 2021 (see "Calliope Games Will Release 'Enchanted Plumes' into the Hobby Channel").
