Chis Oarr has joined ADVFilms as National Accounts Manager.  He'll be concentrating on manga sales in the direct market, and with specialty retailers.  Oarr recently left CrossGen Entertainment, where he was VP-Sales and Marketing (see 'Rosemann, Oarr Leave CrossGen').

Oarr rejoins fellow CrossGen refugee Robert Boyd, who moved from CrossGen to ADV in January (see 'Boyd Ankles CrossGen for ADV').

ADV is building an experienced graphic novel team to support its aggressive manga plans (see 'ADV Has Licensed 1000 Volumes of Manga').
