Emma Recher was the Marketing & Sales Administration Manager for IELLO USA for three years until the French company IELLO cut ties with them and Stephan Brissaud at the end of 2021 (see "French Board Game Company IELLO Ends Ties with IELLO USA"). Japanime Games took this opportunity to bring Recher onto their team as their new Sales Manager. Ian Ashland had previously been working with Japanime Games as a member of Team Japanime, the company's volunteer program. They have hired him on to help grow Tanto Digital and support digital offerings.
