Manga continues to dominate bookstore sales in the graphic novel category.  According to the most recent survey of actual sell-through for the week ending June 6, Fantagraphics The Complete Peanuts Vol. #1, which came in at number 4, was the only non-manga volume in the top 25, and there were only five non-manga releases in the top 50.  Rurouni Kenshin Vol. #5 from Viz took the top spot, followed by Tokyopop's Fruits Basket Vol. #3, and Viz's Alice the Nineteenth Vol. #4.  Del Rey's mighty duo of Tsubasa and Negima dipped slightly, but still remain in the top 10.  Tokyopop's DN Angel is performing especially well with two volumes (#1 and #2) in the top 10, while Naruto, Bleach and Shaman King are doing well for Viz.

Dark Horse's Shrek by Mark Evanier has moved up to number 30, thanks to the popularity of Shrek 2 at the box office, and by the end of the month Spider-Man should also be making his presence felt in a major way thanks to the release of the Spider-Man 2 movie on June 30 and Marvel's aggressive Spider-Man publishing plan.
