Dark Horse Comics has announced that it will publish a full color 'Anime Manga' based on the Trigun anime series in October.  Tokyopop refers to these fumetti-like productions, which marry word balloons and sound effects to art from the anime or film, as 'Cine-Manga,' while Viz calls their version 'Visual Manga.'  Dark Horse has already sold over 100,000 copies of the first two Trigun manga volumes.  Along with Cowboy Bebop, the Trigun anime, which is based on the manga series by Yasuhiro Nightow, is a mainstay of the Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block.  The first volume of the Trigun Anime Manga will include 160 pages of full color art and will have a cover price of $14.95.
