War of the Ring: The Card Game is an asymmetric card game that will be part of the War of the Ring game line. War of the Ring was originally created by Italian game designers Roberto Di Meglio, Francesco Nepitello, and Marco Maggi, which later came under the Ares banner in 2011 (see "'War of the Ring'"). The details on the card game are sparse, but it was designed by Ian Brody, who also designed Quartermaster General (see "'Quartermaster General'"). More details on this game will unveiled to the public for the first time at U.K. Games Expo on June 4, 2022.
