In this game, players take on the role of a prince attempting to govern a city as it exits the Middle Ages. They must help their city maintain its standing by employing the art of governance effectively. This game uses an original rondel mechanic that lays out tactical options as a wheel of cards. Turn options include sending troops, assigning agents, or increasing prestige through the work of artists, merchants, or diplomats. The goal of the game is to is to control Italy by the end of the game.
Virtu is for two to five players ages 14 and up, and plays in 60 to 150 minutes. It will retail for $69.99.
