Days of Wonder's retro railroad board game, Ticket to Ride, has won the prestigious Spiel des Jahres (Game of the Year) Award -- the top award given out by the German gaming industry.  Ticket to Ride's win marks the first time an American game has won this award since 1981.  Designed by Alan R.
